Our brief solution focused therapy is for individuals that are looking for assistance on how to manage life's changes and challenges. We specialize in assisting individuals who are experiencing anxiety, depression, loss/bereavement, relationship conflict, adjustment issues, self-esteem, stress, and struggling with their self-care.

Therapy Consultation

$30.00

Consultations are held virtually and are 20-minute.

Individual Therapy

$135.00

Therapy sessions are 55 minutes in length. They can be held virtually or in person.

Couples Therapy

$275.00

Therapy sessions are 90 minutes in length. They can be held virtually or in person.

Alternative Ways to Pay for Therapy

Insurance and Flexible Spending Accounts

At this time we do not accept insurance. We accept Flexible Spending Accounts, Health Reimbursement Arrangement, and Health Savings Accounts.

Current Community College, Undergraduate and some Graduate students are able obtain counseling at a discounted rate of $55 a session.

The Therapy fund is a new program that will starting taking applications in September of 2026. The Therapy Fund is for those that are unable to afford services at the established rate, the sliding scale rate, or those that have inadequate insurance and can not afford to pay privately.

Individuals that are in need of therapeutic services but are unable to afford them at the established rate due to financial hardship(s) are able to apply for a sliding scale rate. The sliding scale therapy is $75 a session.
