Hi!

My name is Ingrid Smith, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience in the field of social work.  I am presently licensed in the state of Missouri and Illinois. I attended Southern Illinois University at Carbondale where I obtained a bachelor's degree in psychology and social work. I continued my education and obtained a master's degree from Howard University School of Social Work in 2008. I started my career as a generalist practitioner and then transitioned into working with the severely and chronically mentally ill. I have worked in a variety of community and government settings, which include hospitals, clinics, and military facilities. I've also helped bachelor's and master's -level social work students as a professor, field supervisor, and mentor.

I started Your Therapeutic Solutions for several reasons:

1) I have a passion for teaching/mentoring. 

2) I want to help social workers and mental health professionals obtain their credentials and become leaders in their perspective fields.

3) I love helping people achieve their goals and dreams.

 Hi, my name is Arion Castillo and I own and operate Another Me, LLC which contracts with Your Therapeutic Solutions.  I serve as the office coordinator and work to improve the efficiency, organization, and workflows of the office.

I am a graduate of Lindenwood University, and I obtained my master’s degree from Capella University in Industrial Organization Psychology. 

When I am not working, you can find me in the outdoors and playing in the dirt (literally). With the maiden name of “Gardener” it only makes sense. I am also very active in my community. I am also passionate about educating, supporting, and networking which is why I am a board member of The Urban Harvest STL, and on the community advisory board for Collective Souls Inc,.
