Here at Your Therapeutic Solutions, we provide a number of therapeutic and non-therapeutic services to individuals who reside and/or work in Missouri, Illinois, Tennessee, and Texas. We treat several issues which include but are not limited to trauma, life transitions, substance abuse, stress, women’s/men’s/LGBTQ+ issues, self-esteem, anxiety, and depression. We also work with a variety of populations like active duty /retired veterans and their dependents, college students, and older adults. Some of the evidence-based practices we use when working with our clients are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Person-Centered, Brief Solution Focused Therapy, Multicultural Perspective, and Strength-Based Therapy.
