Your sessions are confidential unless it is disclosed that there is suspected,  immediate or a foreseeable threat of harm to yourself or others or suspected child or adult abuse.  Information about your session will only be released with written permission from the individual that is receiving service(s). 

All appointments are scheduled through the Request An Appointment  tab on the Your Therapeutic Solutions website.

Provider Ingrid Smith  accepts Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, Oxford, and Oscar insurance for our Illinois clients through Headway (https://headway.co/providers/ingrid-smith). She also accepts Workplace Options EAP and Washington University School of Medicine Referrals.

Most appointments made will be online via a video conferencing session.  However face-to-face appointments can be requested and will be considered for those who live in the St. Louis metro area on an individual basis.

Our goal is to be on time with our appointment, late arrivals will not receive an extension of service time and will be responsible for full services fees. Please notify us if you are running late. If notification has not been obtained within 15 minutes of the start of the appointment time, the appointment will be marked as a NO SHOW and you will be charged a NO SHOW fee.

If your appointment is missed without notice (NO SHOW) or cancelled within 12 hours of your appointment you will be charged a NO SHOW / LATE CANCELATION FEE for the missed appointment. There will be no charge for appointments that are canceled the same day due to inclement weather when notices are given.

Clients or the provider may terminate or discontinue services at any time. If the provider decides to terminate services for any reason it will be with written or verbal communication to the client.
